On Wednesday, June 13, LA.TE. ANDES S.A. welcomed Dr. Alejandro Ceccatto, president of CONICET, to its facilities during his visit to Salta. Accompanying Dr. Ceccatto were Dr. Antonio Ambrosini (Director of Institutional Relations, CONICET), CPN Jorge Figari (Administrative Manager, CONICET), Dr. Alan Temiño (Legal Affairs Manager, CONICET), and Dr. Fernando Hongn (Director of the Institute of Bio- and Geosciences of the NOA).
Soledad Gamarra, Sofía Bordese, Guadalupe Arzadún, and Nicolás Hernández, along with Roberto Hernández, showed the visitors our company’s facilities and equipment and explained the activities and technologies used on a daily basis, among which the recently developed Cri.Ar cryogenic magnetometer.
The occasion provided an opportunity to discuss the company’s new developments, particularly the Cron.Ar project, and the new business opportunities arising from the implementation of an in situ dual-dating system for age determination using (U-Th-Sm)/He and U/Pb.
