On October 24, we welcomed faculty members and undergraduate and graduate students from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil, to our facilities. The purpose of this visit was to tour the facilities of LA.TE. ANDES S.A. and establish points of agreement for collaborative work with the Isotope Geology Laboratory (CPGQ) of the Institute of Geosciences in Rio Grande, which specializes in thermochronology (AFTA and U-Th/He) and U/Pb dating of zircons.
