From Wednesday, November 16, to Friday, November 18, as part of the activities planned for the 22nd Bolivian Geological Congress and held at the facilities of the Universidad Privada Santa Cruz, La.Te. Andes set up a booth where information was provided about the various projects and activities carried out by the laboratory.

The presentation focused on three main areas: thermocronology, the development of a superconducting cryogenic magnetometer, and the Andino3D structural modeling software.

To complement the information presented at the booth and coinciding with the closing of the Congress, a conference was held. Geologist Roberto Hernández discussed the institutional aspects, structure, and future projects of La.Te. Andes, in addition to presenting the Andino3D software. For her part, Geologist Sofía Bordese addressed various aspects related to thermochronology, with a special focus on fission tracks. Finally, Engineer Nicolás Hernández presented information on paleomagnetism, referring in particular to the magnetometer development project.

It is worth noting that for the development of these activities, La.Te. Andes brings together various institutions and companies, such as CONICET, Geomap, the National Atomic Energy Commission, and Y-TEC, among others, thus highlighting its network-based nature.
